Bio
Growing up and living most of my life in and around New York City, one learns to be a keen observer. The constant rush of differing cultures and ambitions has a force that imprints multiple styles and even belief systems on the mind and soul. This experience has had an indelible mark on my life and art.
Born in the Bronx, NY the year the Dodgers won the World Series (1955), he believes anything is possible.
Mr. Dantona emerged from the commercial media world as a digital artist. His artwork represents a thirty-year journey as TV cameraman, photographer, graphics designer, producer/director, writer, creative director and interactive media pioneer. Mr. Dantona presently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Artist Statement
My years in broadcast television and motion pictures have created an addiction to the narrative. And so, this body of work is bound together by each scene's ability to relate its story to me for translation. These secrets are sometimes whispered in the lush monochrome tones of the Pictorialists , sometimes in the deep dramatic hues of the Baroque and other times in brash Modernist colors.
I am a willing victim of this kaleidoscopic effect. I relent to a larger agreement between the witnessed and the witness.
